I noticed that this is an "exam" piece, but you did not specify which area is the exam. I feel that the composition would be better suited with more head room than foot room. If the camera were pointed up just a little more, it would accomplish this.
The lighting also trails off on the right, and though this scene seems to benefit from a darker overall style, a rimlight on the right can provide some much-needed definition to the right side of the mask, and would accentuate the flower nicely.
The focus is nice and sharp on the mask, so that is a plus. The only other thing I could see room for improvement on is the blown-out highlights just under the left eye of the mask. If you soften your light with a diffuser, it will spread that light out and give you a highlight that does not lose detail in the process.
